By accessing and using MvMusics.com ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MvMusics provides music publishing, AI-enhanced video production, virtual artist content, and copyright protection services. The Service includes:

  • Original music compositions and recordings
  • AI-enhanced music video production
  • Virtual artist/character content
  • Blockchain-based copyright verification
  • API access for verified partners

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on MvMusics, including but not limited to music, videos, graphics, characters, and software, is owned by MvMusics.Com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.1 Copyright Protection

All content is timestamped on the Bitcoin blockchain to establish proof of creation date and ownership.

3.2 Licensing

Content licensing is available only through official partnership agreements. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent security or verification systems
  • Submit false DMCA claims or counterclaims
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Interfere with the operation of the Service

5. Partner Agreements

Distribution partners, DSPs, MCNs, and CMS providers are subject to separate partnership agreements that supplement these Terms of Service.

6. API Usage

Use of the MvMusics API is subject to rate limits and usage restrictions. API credentials must not be shared or used for unauthorized purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MvMusics does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

MvMusics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Terms

MvMusics reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
