GDPR-aligned data handling
User data export and deletion via dedicated APIs. Personally identifiable fields are stripped from public endpoints (e.g. certificate verification never leaks email or user IDs).
DMCA takedown procedure
Designated agent at [email protected]. Counter-notice procedure follows 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Distribution status is sync-able at any time so takedowns propagate to DSPs.
Copyright registration
Every uploaded audio file is hashed (SHA-256) and submitted to OpenTimestamps. Once anchored to a Bitcoin block, the file holds a publicly verifiable proof of existence.
Audit logs & 2FA
Every administrative action (review, takedown, payout, settings change) is recorded with the actor user ID and timestamp. Admin accounts must enable two-factor authentication.
